for. Nothing from WalMart or Albertsons. The
magnesium can not be aspartate oi oxalate. Those
will only loosen the bowels

Pro-biotics: Good bacteria that should he in
our bodies so that the bad stuff doesn’t have
anywhere to grow.

Greens: how many servings of veggies do you
get a day? One serving of a good greens product is
equal to 10 servings of veggies. It may taste
terrible, but it is worth it.
